First of all a Happy New Year to you all!

Before xmas I had the pleasure of the second year of photography of the Rutter family, to capture Isabelle and Jack growing up is a lovely honour.

Isabelle and Jack??? I hear you ask...well Jack you must know, this was Jack in 2009

And he has grown into a charming little boy and Isabelle is a lovely little lady with the most gorgeous firey hair. See for yourself

Triplets and their older sister

When I was asked to photograph the family of triplets and their older sister, I was so excited...

I know from experience that some children love the studio environment, where there are nearly no rules, so they can run around and be as excited as they like. But unfortunately there are some children who simply do not like the unfamiliar surroundings of a studio and the triplets and their sister just were not comfortable.

But thats ok, I decided it might be better to try and photograph them in their home where they are comfortable. It started off similar to the studio experience but they eventually warmed to the camera and me...so much so I nearly gained a son...lol

All in all, its these experiences that make me love my photography job...the triplets were adorable and have the most interesting personalities and the older sister...Simran, well she does a good job of looking after them and being adorable herself.

Birthdays and Photobooth

Hi All

Well it has been a busy two weeks.

The photobooth had its official debut at Jiya's 1st birthday party, and was a huge success and even generated more bookings.

There were a few hiccups, but it made a good learning process and has ironed out some minor issues.

Everyone had a good laugh and the photos are 'amusing'...take a look yourself below.

Its been a while I know.

But things have changed!

Well firstly we have a new website, which is always exciting for me. There is a login area now, where clients can get their friends and family to login and purchase photos if they wish.

Secondly we are no longer in the Jewellery Quarter, but we are still just outside the Birmingham City Centre, with bigger and better studio, with separate viewing room and separate changing rooms.

Don't worry for those of you who are promised a second shoot this year, its not too late. I have extended the offer to next year. With all the changes its been difficult fitting everyone in, so thought it would be nice to have something to look forward to in the New Year.

Easter Success

Hey all

It was great to see so many people on Saturday for our Easter Open Day, we had a fun day and met lots of lovely cute kids.

I will be busy getting all the pictures sorted for the Free gifts now and organising our new product range!

Finally managed to organise the Open Day for Easter.

Saturday 3rd April 2010 at our lovely studios
10-30am - 3pm

No need to book an appointment just come along and have a 'taster' photography session.

Dress your kids in an Easter themed outfit and get a FREE 10 x 8 photo print.

Also we are going to be launching our new product range very soon so keep an eye for that.

Hi All

Sorry I haven't posted any news for so long, been really busy since moving to the new studio.

I am the authorised Emmas Diary photographer for a lot of Birmingham, so that has kept me on my toes.

Well I thought Easter is coming up and that is a great excuse to dress the little kiddies up in cute outfits and get some pictures taken of them.
So we are having an Open Day soon where you can come along with your babies and toddlers all dressed up and have a taster session. No need to make an appointment just come along.

I will post details as soon as they are finalised.

New Studio

Finally after months of umming and ahhing, the new and improved studio is ready.

We have relocated to Jewellery Quarter, Branston Street. Its brighter and more importantly its bigger. The first shoot in the new studio is this Sunday, so I am excited and looking forward to capturing some amazing shots!

Slow Pace

Well its been a slow few months in terms of progress of website, but its nearly there and I have been reluctant to release it without all the information being perfect. Just a few more tweaks and it will be ready.

On the studio side, hopefully I should be moving to bigger and better studio, still in Custard Factory. I will putting my interior design hat on (sort of) and hopefully this studio will be less bohemian.

The news of new borns' is still flooding in, although one new arrival just doesn't seem to want to leave the comfort of its mums belly, well who can blame it in this cold climate...brrrrr....

New Year, New Stuff

We will be launching the Maternity range and Nursery photography details soon, just in the process of having the website updated.

We will also be adding details of all products on offer and the prices too, we think we have some unique and exciting products for you all too see.

February looks to be an exciting month too, lots of babies due to be born so hopefully lots of new faces to take pictures of.

Ahh nearly the end of 2008, and what an end it is. Finishing on a high of maternity shoots the week after one of the models had a lovely baby girl, Larissa, so looking forward to 2009 and photographing Larissa as my first 2009 baby.

Wacky Warehouse Event

Hi All, Thought I would do a quick update after the Wacky Warehouse event at the Old House At Home in Harborne.
It was a great first event and I would like to thank all the people that volunteered and helped me out on the day.
We had fun taking pictures of all the cute kids and I think my helpers had fun bouncing toys on my head to make the kids laugh.

Website will be updated soon with some new pics in the gallery and also my new range of packages that was revealed at the launch in Wacky Warehouse.

Are you Pregnant?

I know a weird questions...but there is logic behind the madness.

I am looking to photograph women in their last trimester of pregnancy. Its a sensitive subject, yet I know lots of women would like to get done.

As a female photographer I understand how women are self-conscious when they are pregnant especially towards the end when they are tired and worn down and just can't wait to not be pregnant anymore.
But its a time in life that is so precious and in my opinion Pregnancy is beautiful.

Pregnant women have been found to be more appealing to men too.

So if you feel like doing a Demi Moore then drop me an email or give me call, I can photograph you in your home or in the studio. Its most important to me that you are comfortable and if you would like to include your partner or your kids then that would be great too.

Studio

VNayer Photography now has a studio...now when I used to think about studios, I used to think all posh and elegant. Well we all have to start somewhere and so my studio is most definitely not posh. But it is in a great location in the Custard Factory in Birmingham, and its a great little space to concentrate on photography and the model. Not only that we have the Custard Factory surroundings to use too when the weather is nice, so lots of opportunties on the way.

We are now incorporated and an offical company!! Registered in England No.: 6695842.

I have also launched the new website, since we are now a company, I thought the website should reflect the professionalism.

The Beginning

Hi All
Thank you for joining me on my journey of Kidz photography.
Well at the moment I am all excited as I finally become a proper company! After a lot of umming and aahhhh..I have decided to incorporate.
Also preparing for the launch event on Sunday 26th October....so much to do and so much to spend!! Hope its all worth it...I'm so nervous.

Oh well keep tuned for updates on how VNayer Kidz is getting on.
